System Malfunction, Top 10 Finalist in the 2010 Sadler's Wells choreography competition "Global Dance Contest" is an athletic display of man vs. machine and self vs. society, addressing the desire to find ones individual voice within a system. Through a series of mechanical and uniform movements dancers gain individual agency out of a monotonous conformity.
